Shave Ice Queen started with a simple question: why does shave ice have to be anything less than extraordinary? After years of searching for the right texture — something between a snow cone and a dream — we perfected our formula.
Located on Aaron Aronov Drive in Fairfield, we hand-shave every block of ice to create that signature cloud-like consistency, then top it with house-made syrups in flavors that range from the classic to the unexpected. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just ice, syrup, and a whole lot of love.
